Recycle at Boots accepts empties that are hard to recycle at home — across health, beauty, wellness and prescription blister packs. Find every accepted product type below.
How does it work?
Three steps from empty product to reward voucher.
Step 1
Check your empties
Use the list below to confirm your empty product or its packaging is on the scheme. Make sure it is fully used up.
Step 2
Tag in the app
Open the Recycle at Boots app, take a photo of each item, and pick its product type and packaging form.
Step 3
Drop off in store
Once verified, deposit at least 5 items in the recycling point of any participating Boots store to earn a reward.
Eligible health, beauty & wellness products
Used and empty health, beauty and wellness products that are hard to recycle at home — from foundation tubes to mascara wands.
If your item isn't listed, please use your kerbside recycling instead — we only accept items that are hard to recycle at home.
